Egeria has been active in the cannabis sector since 2018, specialising in research and development across the whole hemp supply chain.

We are among the first Italian companies authorised by the Italian Ministry of Health to grow pharmaceutical hemp.

From seed to finished product

We control a short supply chain end to end: genetic selection, open-field cultivation, harvesting, drying and first processing.

Selected genetics

Our seeds come from organic crops, are carefully tested and stored, with a feminization rate of 99%. This is where EG1 comes from, our variety listed in the European catalogue.

Open-field cultivation

We grow according to the principles of organic farming, in open fields and without synthetic agrochemicals.

Controlled processing

Harvesting, drying and packaging are managed by controlling temperature and humidity, to prevent mould and keep quality high.
