If, for technical and/or operational reasons, it becomes necessary to use subjects located outside the European Union, we inform you that these service providers will be appointed Data Processors under Article. 28 of the Regulation or Joint Data Controllers under Article. 26 of the  , and the transfer of Personal Data to these subjects, limited to the performance of specific processing activities, will be regulated in accordance with the provisions of Title V of the Regulation. All necessary precautions will be taken to ensure the total protection of the Personal Data of the Data Subject/user.

The Data Controller does not use automated processes aimed at profiling.

During website navigation, technical information about the hardware and software used by visitors may be collected.
